Refunds will only be issued if the trip you purchased is cancelled by us. If you need to reschedule a reservation 7 days before your trip we will try to accommodate you. Reservation changes within 7 day of your trip may not be changed. If your trip is cancelled before the sailing time we will notify you by phone call and or email. Trips may sometimes be canceled at or near the sailing time due to weather or other circumstances and we may not be able to inform you in advance but you will still be refunded if your trip is canceled.
